Repair service
In case a problem due to a machinery fault wasn’t solvable by phone, it’s possible to ship the damaged or defected item to our service.
To start the repair procedure, you must ask for the RMA/RMC to the technical support contact in advance.

PRODUCT CONDITIONS ANALISYS
To get the RMA number, the customer must fill out and forward the request form here below.
The R.M.A. nr. must be reported both in the shipping document than on the top of each box.
The item must be shipped to our warehouse located in Sassuolo, via Madrid, 18, 41049 (MO) boxed inside the original Panel standard packaging. Anyway, the packaging must be the most suitable to avoid any transport damage.
All the item sent back without R.M.A. nr. will be automatically turned down.
The damaged out of warranty items will be submitted to the analisys process and you will be charged of a not recoverable cost of 60,00 EURO. If the items result to be repairable and you will accept the repair estimate, we won’t charge you of the not recoverable cost of 60,00 EURO.
The analisys process cost will be charged in any of these cases:
– we didn’t detect any problem that could be supported by the warranty and will send the item back to you.
– the out of warranty items can be repaired but you don’t accept the repair estimate.
– the out of warranty items can’t be repaired and you don’t accept the quotation for a new product as replacement.
The repair estimate, or the eventual quotation of a new item for substitution, must be approved or rejected within 15 days from receiving it. After this period, we will send you the goods back without any communication and we will charge you 60,00 EURO for the cost of the analysis process.
All the shipping and transport cost to Panel s.r.l. will be at customer charge.
All the shipping and transport cost to Panel s.r.l. with reference to the not repaired and out of warranty goods will be at customer charge.
All the shipping and transport cost to Panel s.r.l. with reference to the goods in warranty will be at customer charge if Panel won’t detect any defects.
All the shipping and transport cost to Panel s.r.l. with reference to the goods in warranty will be at Panel s.r.l. charge.
The warranty of the spare sparts employed in the reparation procees is of 12 months.
